As a special activity of the Begonia Season in Tianjin University, this activity attracted more than 100 undergraduates and MBA students from Tianjin University to participate in.

　　Different from ordinary lectures, this activity added the role of student observers, who were mainly responsible for the preliminary research and field investigation of Joy City. Before the guest's formal speech, the student observer presented the preliminary research results in order to trigger the audience's subsequent thinking. Ms. Hui-dong Hu pointed out that in order to take advantage of the market, understand the principle and optimize the skills, we should not only systematically think about the industry trend and follow the trend, but also return to the nature of business and start from the perspective of consumers. Innovation requires not only the will, but also the cooperation of mechanisms. People are the driving force of innovation and change, and culture is the soil and foundation. Cultural mechanisms should not only be written on paper, but also take root in the hearts of team members. She emphasized the importance of establishing the concept of lifelong learning, cultivating the ability of lifelong learning, having the courage to challenge and giving full play to the innovative thinking. She deeply analyzed the current development situation of the industry and elaborated the innovative development and cultural thinking of Joy City in Nankai, Tianjin based on many interesting cases.
