Professor Zhang Wei discussed the synergetic development of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei Province at Tianjin Sub-forum of Sina Golden Kylin Financial channel as a guest

　　On December 4th, 2014, Tianjin Sub-forum of Sina Golden Kylin was opened at Bolong Resort of Binhai High-tech Zone, which was jointly organized by Tianjin Binhai High-tech Zone and Sina, and prepared by Sina Tianjin and Tianjin University. Over 300 leaders and industrial elites were gathered at this forum from politics, economy and enterprises, media and colleges and universities. The topic of forum was “focusing on the synergetic development of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei Province” and the participants contributed intelligence and shared the consensus to discuss the economic policies and economy trend of Tianjin together under the frame of “the synergetic development of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei Province”.

　　The head of Management and Economy Department Prof. Zhang Wei was invited to make an address of keynotes. The famous economist-Prof. Yao Jingyuan, who is the contract research fellow of the State Council and the member of Chinese Economy 50-people Forum, and Prof. Feng Kui, who is the researcher of Urban Center from National Development and Reform Commission and the secretary-general of academic committee also spoke at the forum to discuss the synergetic development of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei Province together with honored guests attended and contribute ideas and exert efforts for the Binhai High-tech Zone of Tianjin. As the annual summit of high-end brand from Sina to national economic field, Golden Kylin Forum was held continuously for six times successively since 2008, and there were hundreds of political, commercial and learned experts made a statement on forum. This was the first time to hold the sub-forum at Tianjin based on the continuously improving strategic position of Tianjin in economic society.

　　The head of Management and Economy Department Prof. Zhang Wei pointed out in the keynotes address ofThe synergetic development of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei Province: problems formulation and thinking to Tianjin actionthat, the development of regional collaboration actually referred to the concept on economics of integrating resources in greater range, namely that the final result of optimization will be better in case of bigger feasible region. The former three regions had respective sound optimizing region so that only this level could be reached no matter how better you did. If we broke through those three regions to make them in bigger one, it will be better logically. However, it depended on that whether we have intelligence and method to make it better. Prof. Zhang Wei stressed on that, the solutions of unbalanced regional development, not only are coming from the reform to the government administration system, but also are coming from the integrated coordination of central government, which the reform shall be pushed by invisible market regulation and visible reform of government. “As a city of becoming the northern economic center, the proportion of tertiary industry in Tianjin shall be contributed by High-tech Zone in many aspects.” And Tianjin University could make contribution to the synergetic development of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei Province in many fields as the research-based, multidisciplinary and substantial university supported greatly by the State.

　　Except the agitated macro-ideas on this Golden Kylin Tianjin Sub-forum, many elites from financial and business community also discussed at themed salon.
