Chief edited by Professor Gregory Chow from Princeton University and Professor Perkins from Harvard University, Guide to Chinese Economy was official published by the Tsinghua University Press. Professor Zhang Zhongxiang was invited to write the Chapter XVII China Energy and Environment Policy. The English version of this book Rutledge Handbook of the Chinese Economy was published by Rutledge Press.
